This paper analyzes finance and S＆T innovation based on Granger causality, panel quantile regression and panel VAR with panel data after analyzing finance and technology innovation mechanism. The results show the Harmony of finance and technology innovation should be improved. The support of finance to technology inno- vation needs time to accumulate. The output of S＆T has positive feedback to finance. The R＆D efficiency is low- er and labor efficiency is higher at the area of bigger S＆T output level
