利用马铃薯X病毒(Potato virus X,PVX)异源病毒载体在本氏烟中分别和共同表达了南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒可能编码的6种非结构蛋白(Pns52、Pns6、Pns71、Pns72、Pns91和Pns92),采用实时荧光定量PCR技术分析了其表达水平。结果表明,与PVX空载体侵染的本氏烟相比,只有Pns92蛋白的表达能够表现出典型的花叶症状,6种蛋白共同表达时的症状与Pns92单独表达呈现的症状相似。推测Pns92可能与病毒的致病性有关。
Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus (SRBSDV) was a newly identified species in the family Reoviri- dae and the pathogenicity of its virus-encoded proteins was poorly understood. The possible involvement of six non- structural proteins ( Pns52, Pns6, Pns71, Pns72, Pns91 and Pns92) of SRBSDV in pathogenicity was studied by expressing them individually or together in Nicotiana benthamiana with the vector Potato virus X (PVX). The ex- pression levels of these proteins were detected with Real-time qPCR. The results showed that only Pns92 could in- duce leaf mosaic symptom when expressed with PVX among all six non-strutural proteins. The co-expression of all non-structural proteins also induced the similar leaf mosaic symptom. Therefore, it is deduced that Pns92 may have function in SRBSDV pathogenesis.
