本文研究影响大学生就业的自身因素,并分析其产生影响的原因。本文认为,影响大学生就业的自身因素主要包括:个体基本特征、学习情况、参加就业指导情况、参加实践情况、对工作的预期等几方面;其产生影响的原因包括大学生自身素质、学校、社会环境几个层面。本文从这几个方面提出相应的对策建议:大学生应努力提高自身综合素质;学校应积极实施教学改革;政府应积极立法消除性别歧视,以期为提高大学生就业率提供一定的参考。
Higher vocational graduates' employment quality is an important indicator of evaluating teaching quality in vocational education. The study plans to start with higher vocational graduates attracted by all social sectors and analyze related factors of evaluation system of employment quality of higher vocational graduates, and every evaluation index weight of employment quality to build up a scientific evaluation system of employment quality of higher vocational graduates. The results demonstrate that compensation & benefit and personal development indicators represent a significant weight in quality evaluation of higher vocational graduate's employment. It can help government, colleges, employers and college students to evaluate the situation of employment quality to provide support for future improvement of employment quality of higher vocational graduates.
