知识转移活动总是在一定的社会情景中进行的。分析了社会网络情景中的知识转移活动，指出不同的网络结构对知识转移的作用是不同的。通过案例分析，进一步得出，组织在维护好组织内部强关系网络的同时，要积极建立范围广阔的外部网络，并根据知识转移的需要，把外部的弱关系适时变成强关系，转移组织需要的隐性知识.
英文摘要：
Knowledge transfer always takes place in a certain social context. This article has analyzed knowledge transfer in social network context, and points out that different network architecture plays different role in knowledge transfer. By case study, We also bring forward that while maintains the organization interior strong relations network, organization should establish the broad scope exterior network, and according to knowledge transfer need, turn the exterior weak relations into the strong relations at the right moment, assimilate tacit knowledge which the organization needs.
