本文提出一种基于第二代高温超导涂层导体(ReBCO CC)具有各向同性结构的高温超导股线.股线中的带材按照中心对称的方式进行排列,使用导热导电性能良好的金属材料对带材进行捆扎包覆,采用金属包套工艺提高股线的机械性能和电磁稳定性.为了研究各向同性高温超导股线(IHTSS),本文提出一种根据带材各向异性,通过有限元仿真,计算股线自场下临界电流的方法.制作了一根20cm长的IHTSS短样,在液氮温度下对其自场临界电流进行了测量,实验结果与计算结果基本一致,证明了计算的合理性.此外,实验和仿真表明,IHTSS在液氮温度下已具有较高的临界电流.
In this paper,a high temperature superconducting strand with isotropic structure made from secondgeneration high temperature superconductor coated conductors(ReBCO CC)was proposed.Tapes in the strand were stacked with symmetric structure and sheathed outside by superiorly thermal and electrical conventional conductor.The mechanical properties and electromagnetic stability were enhanced by the application of mental capsule technology.In order to investigate the isotropic high temperature superconducting strand(IHTSS),a method based on the isotropic properties and the finite element method to calculate the critical current of IHTSS was put forward.A 20 cm long prototype of IHTSS was fabricated and the critical current in self-field at liquid nitrogen temperature was tested.The experimental result was in good agreement with the calculated on,which indicates the reasonability of the calculation.In addition,the experiment and the calculation indicate that the critical current of IHTSS is high enough at liquid nitrogen temperature.
