近年来,碳纤维板在桥梁加固领域得到广泛应用.为了提高碳纤维板的加固效率,本文在总结施工工艺的基础上,利用自己研发的一套CFRP板锚固装置,对4根CFRP板加固混凝土梁进行了抗弯试验.试验结果表明,加固后的混凝土梁开裂荷载略有提高但不显著,而屈服荷载和极限荷载却有30%的提高幅度;U型箍式、钢板压条式、内嵌式锚固方式在抑制钢筋受拉区和混凝土受压区应变的增长、提高CFRP板强度利用率、减小裂缝间距方面依次增强但加固梁的延性都不同程度降低;加固梁在提高后期刚度方面效果显著.
In recent years, CFRP plate is widely used in the bridge strengthening areas. Based on summarizing construction technology,4 concrete beams reinforced by CFRP plate are designed for bending test by using the self-developed anchorage device to improve the reinforcing efficiency of CFRP plate. The test results show that the cracking load of concrete beams reinforced by CFRP plate increase slightly but not significantly and the yield load and ultimate load of the concrete test beams have a 30% increase. There are 3 anchor ways including U-shaped hoop anchorage, steel plate layering anchorage and embedded anchorage. The effect is increasing successively to suppress the growth of Reinforced tension zone and the concrete compression zone strain and to improve the utilization of intensity of the CFRP plate and also to decrease the crack spacing but the ductility of all the reinforced beams is decreased with different degrees. The reinforced effect of stiffness has improved significantly in late period.
