用转双价基因(crylAc+SCK)抗虫杂交稻(Ⅱ优科丰6号)饲喂稻纵卷叶螟(Cnaphalocrocis medinalis)一定时间后,作为华丽肖蛸(Tetragnatha nitens)的猎物,研究转基因杂交稻经食物链对高营养级华丽肖蛸的生物学特性的影响。结果表明,华丽肖蛸连续7、14、21d取食经Ⅱ优科丰6号饲喂后的稻纵卷叶螟,死亡率和平均产卵量较对照无显著差异;第1周的体重增长率明显高于对照,而第2周的体重增长率明显低于对照,到了第3周则差异不显著;7d后的捕食量明显减少,捕食功能反应符合HollingⅡ方程;其7和14d的乙酰胆碱酯酶比活力显著高于对照,而21d的无显著差异;羧酸脂酶比活力则在7、14、21d时均显著高于对照。
Effects of hybrid rice containing both crylAc and SCK ( H KF6) on the bionomical characteristics of a carnivore Tetragnatha nitens (Audouin) through its preys Cnaphalocrocis medinalis (Guen6e) were studied in the laboratory, with larvae of C. medinalis fed on Ⅱ KF6 for a given time as preys. The results showed that there were no differences in the mortality and fecundity between Ⅱ KF6 treatment and the control when T. nitens were continuously fed on leafrollers for 7 days, 14 days and 21 days respectively. The growth rate in weight of II KF6 treatment was significantly higher than that of the control in the first week, while in the second week the result was reversed. As far as the third week, the difference was not significant. Although both predatory functional responses of the spiders followed the Holling II model, after 7 days the predatory capacity of spiders for leafrollers fed on Ⅱ KF6 was significantly lower than that of the control. And both the spider' s activity of acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) and carboxlesterase (CarE) were obviously enhanced under II KF6 treatment, except for AChE in the third week.
