前摄性行为是一种自发的、前瞻性行为,其目的是改变环境或自我,对员工态度、绩效、职业发展及团队或组织产出具有重要影响。在文献回顾的基础上,对前摄性行为的情境化内涵进行了界定,构建了前摄性行为理论研究框架,探讨了中国情境下前摄性行为的适用性,并对前摄性行为情境化研究以及在中国情境下的发展进行了展望。
Proactive behavior was defined as one's self-initiated and future-oriented action that aims to change and improve the situation or oneself,which had significant impact on his/her attitudes,performance,career development and the outcomes of team or organization.Based on the review of the previous literature,this study defined the contextual connotation,established the theoretical framework,discussed the generalizability of proactive behavior in Chinese context and provided an outlook for the contextualized research of proactive behavior and its development in Chinese context.
