城市住宅小区内的建筑风环境状况是营造宜居居住空间的重要环境因子。以常州某一住宅小区规划设计方案为例,运用计算流体力学Airpak软件中的RNG k-ε湍流模型,对规划初期形成的方案A与基于风环境影响优化推导基础上形成的优化方案B这两个方案的建筑群进行了风环境数值模拟;通过比较分析近地面1.5m处风速、风压差、空气龄等风环境评价指标的风场效应模拟效果,归纳和验证从总体空间布局到建筑形态布局不同尺度建筑群空间组合关系产生的微气候风环境作用效应。本研究对于居住区规划风环境优化提供方法支撑,为构建健康舒适的小区风环境提供理论指导。
The wind environment of the building within urban residential district is an important environmental factor to create a livable living space. In this paper, by taking a residential district of Changzhou planning program for example, using the RNG k-ε turbulence model of the software Airpak of computational fluid dynamics to do numerical simulation of the wind environment of the building group including plan A, formed on the initial planning, and optimal plan B, based on the optimization of wind environmental impact; through comparing and analyzing the simulation results of wind effect of the wind speed, wind pressure difference, air age and other wind environmental assessment indicators at the height of 1.5m from the ground, can generalize and verify the microclimate effects of wind environment, generated by the combination of building space relations at different scales from the overall spatial layout to the layout of building forms. In this study, the optimal methods of wind environment of the residential district are supported and theoretical guidances for building a healthy and comfortable residential district environment are provided.
