资源环境瓶颈是当前我国经济社会发展面临的重大挑战,节约资源是建设生态文明的重要任务。节约资源必须依靠科技创新驱动。科技创新是节约能源资源、水资源、土地资源和矿产资源的直接驱动力,也是形成节约资源和保护环境的空问格局、产业结构、生产方式、生活方式和各项制度的间接驱动力。
Resources and environment bottleneck is the major challenges facing China's economic and social development, so saving resource is an important task for construction of ecological civilization. This paper emphasizes that saving resources must rely on scientific and technological innovation driven. It is argues that scientific and technical innovation is not only the direct driving powers for saving energy resources, water resources, land resources, and mineral resources, but also the indirect driving force for forming spatial pattern, industrial structure, mode of production, mode of life and institutions with regard to saving resource and protecting environment.
