The study analyzed influencing factors of farmers＇ technology adoption by the ways of empirical research based on the relevant data of the farmers in Henan, Hunan and Hubei. The results indicated that the impacts came from farmers half-time job conditions, the management scale of agricultural land, the degree of the agricultural land fragmentation, the divergent environmental of the rice immediately sowing, the availability of the agricultural technology service and agricultural machinery service, and so on. So it is a great significance that light-simple agricultural technology must be promoted, the structure of human resources in rural areas should be optimized, moderate scale operation about agricultural land is supposed to promote, the level of technical serves are indispensable to raise.
