采用文献收集、实地调研等研究方法,在对南京连锁超市生鲜供应进行调查的基础上,采用层次分析法对生鲜食品供应链的风险进行识别和评价。在此基础上,提出防范措施:采用先进的物流技术和设备;重视生鲜食品供应链各环节;加强信息化建设,建立信息共享平台;加强市场调研,增强预防和抵御市场风险的能力;加强政府监管,培育市场主体。
Using the methods of documentary collection and field investigation,on the basis of the investigation on fresh food supply of supermarket chains in Nanjing,and through Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to identify and evaluate the risk of the fresh food supply chain,this paper put forward preventive measures:to adopt the advanced logistics technology and equipment;to attach importance to each link of fresh food supply chain;to strengthen the information system construction and set up the platform of information sharing;to improve the market survey and enhance the ability of prevention and protection market risk;to strengthen government supervision and cultivate the main part of the market.
