采用转棒诱导形核法制备Al-23Si-4.4Fe-3Cu-1Mg铝合金半固态浆料,探讨熔体浇注温度及转棒转速对Al-23Si-4.4Fe-3Cu-1Mg合金半固态坯料金相组织的影响及原因。结果表明,当浇注温度为830℃,转棒转速为500r/min时细化效果最好,此时初生Si和富Fe相均匀地分布于基体中,二者的等效直径及形状因子分别为(35±2)μm、0.76和(50±2)μm、0.51。
Fabrication of semi-solid slurry of Al-23Si-4.4Fe-3Cu-1Mg alloy was carried out by rotatingrod induced nucleation(RRIN).Effects of pouring temperature and rotating speed on the microstructure of semi-solid Al-23Si-4.4Fe-3Cu-1Mg aluminum alloy slurry were analyzed.The results indicate that with pouring temperature of 785 ℃ and rotating speed of 500r/min,the fine sized primary Si and Ferich phase can be observed with uniform distribution in the matrix.The equivalent diameter and shape factors of the primary Si particles and the Fe-rich phase can reach 35±2μm,50±2μm and 0.76,0.51,respectively.
