本文基于概念聚类的基本算法，针对组织知识管理中知识共享问题，建立一个以知识空间三元组（知识、属性、关系）为背景的知识地图模型。在该模型中，知识按其属性自动聚类成知识节点，描述知识及属性和关系，并将知识节点以偏序关系排列起来，有利于知识的快速查找，提高知识共享的效率，最大限度地发挥知识资本的作用。
英文摘要：
Focusing on the issue of knowledge share in organization knowledge management, a knowledge map model used knowledge space triple （ Knowledge, Property, Relation） as context is given to build knowledge map, which based on some concept clustering algorithm. In this model, knowledge and its relations are organized and described correctly. And it is efficiently and conveniently to search need knowledge in organization knowledge sharing, and exert maximum effect of knowledge capital.
