英文摘要：
Goodwill value is jointly influenced by many factors and it is adhere to the enterprises itself and is un-assignable.By duly considering the its characteristics,the influential factors and the operation risk of the enterprises,the paper applies the matrix and the solution of the uncertain interval policies to the construction of the model of dynamic interval value of goodwill evaluation and makes some empirical tests,thus making the value of goodwill evaluation more objective and reasonable.
