竹子作为一种经济植物,用途广泛,具有很大的经济效益和生态效益。近年来,对竹子的基因组研究虽刚起步但有燎原之势。迄今,在NCB I登录的竹亚科序列有核甘酸序列1 007条,EST序列581条,G SS 998条,共计2 586条。应用这些序列研究揭示了竹子许多生物学特性。将数据库中的这些序列相关信息进行整理,对登录的有关竹子基因组方面的研究及基因组信息的利用进行了综述。
Bamboo, one type of mainly economic plants, has important economical and ecological implications. Recently, many botanists in the world acquired a lot of gene sequences and analyzed their functions in bamboo. According to the data of gene sequences in GenBank, 2 586 sequences for the Bambusoideae, including 1 007 corenucleotide sequences, 581 EST sequences and 998 GSS sequences, have been reported. Based on these important sequences, many biological researches have been practiced. In this paper, we investigated these sequences, and reviewed their research advances in order to offer some documental data to the future bamboo researches.
