介绍基于无线传感的监测技术在钢结构廊桥施工吊装过程中的应用。该廊桥工程采用吊装提升方法,由于结构布置形式复杂、跨度和自重大、吊装位置高等特点,两侧结构以及吊装部分结构的受力和变形均发生明显变化,与结构正常设计使用状态相比存在很大差异。为此,利用基于无线传感技术的应力和加速度监测系统以及全自动测量机器人对整个施工提升过程中结构的应力、振动和变形进行了实时监测,保证了整个吊装部分结构在施工提升过程中的安全。
The authors introduce application of monitoring technique which is based on the wireless sensor network on the lifting of a steel structure gallery.The gallery is lifted using integral hoisting technology.As the structure has a complex form,large span,heavy weight and high position,the internal force and deformation of the adjacent structures and the part to be lifted would have an obvious change,which is much different from that designed.Therefore,a real time monitoring using wirless stress and acceleration monitoring system,and the auto measuring robot system were carried out during the whole lifting process,which ensured the safety of the structure.
