目的综述兰科石斛属药用植物内生真菌及菌根真菌多样性研究进展。方法总结国内外石斛属植物内生真菌多样性研究的最新文献，结合本实验室近五年的研究结果，分析石斛属植物内生真菌的种类及其与宿主植物的专一性关系。结果综述了石斛属内生真菌及茵根真菌的分离方法、鉴定手段、种类组成、分布及与宿主植物的专一性关系，分析了目前该领域研究中存在的问题，提出了可能的解决方法，并对未来的研究做了展望。结论内生真菌及菌根真菌在石斛属植物资源保护和再生中具有广阔的应用前景，仍需继续深入系统的研究。

英文摘要：

OBJECTIVE To review the progress of studies on diversity of endophytic and mycorrhizal fungi from Dendrobium plants. METHODS Based on the original publications and the novel findings in our laboratory in recent years, the species diversity and specificity of endophytic fungi in Dendrobium in the present study were introduced. RESULTS The methods of fungal isolation and identification, species diversity, distribution and specificity of endophytic and mycorrhizal fungi from Dendrobium, analyzed the problems in current studies, and proposed possible solutions were summarized. CONCLUSION Endophytic and mycorrhizal fungi from Dendrobium have promising application prospect for resources conservation and regeneration of orchidaceous plants.
