以人工接种和病圃鉴定方法评价白香占等水稻新品种对白叶枯病和稻瘟病的抗性。结果表明白香占高抗广东水稻白叶枯病菌Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型菌和优势致病菌系Ⅳ型菌,抗强毒菌系Ⅴ型菌,具广谱抗性;对广东稻瘟病菌优势生理小种ZB、ZC群小种抗性频率分别为100%和92.6%,总抗性频率96.9%,对叶瘟和穗瘟的抗性均为1级,综合评价高抗稻瘟病。
Bai-xiang-zhan,a newly bred rice variety,was evaluated by artificial inoculation and rice blast nursery for resistance against bacterial blight and blast.Results indicated that Bai-xian-zhan was highly resistant to pathotypesⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and resistant to pathotype Ⅴ of Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae in Guangdong,with a broad resistance spectrum.The resistance resistance frequecy(RF) of the Bai-xiang-zhan to dominant races,ZB and ZC,of Magnaporthe grise in Guangdong province was 100%,92.6% respectively and the total RF was 96.9%.The resistance of Bai-xian-zhan to leaf blast and panicle blast was evaluated as scale 1,showing high resistance to blast.
