以被信任对象的感知可信度模型为基本研究框架,建立起制造商信任与供应商可信度之间关系及其影响因素的理论模型,并通过浙江省汽车零配件企业的实地调研数据,对理论模型进行验证.最后在结果讨论的基础上,还对比分析了与国外相关研究结论差异的原因,并指出了本研究的不足及未来研究的可能方向.
Based on the review of trust formation models at home and abroad, this paper, with the perceived trustworthiness of trustee as the study framework, outlines the theoretical model on the relationship between manufacturer trust and supplier trustworthiness, and the determinants of supplier trustworthiness. In the subsequent section, we examine the model designed to test hypothesized relationships, using survey data from 142 Auto Component suppliers in Zhejiang Province. Furthermore, this paper explains the reasons of differences from those abroad. We conclude by outlining study limitations and an agenda for further research.
