This paper provides the control rules of existing knowledge in the knowledge database, and considers the knowledge database as a complete knowledge map based on knowledge. On the basis of this, the paper researches on the update of associated supporting knowledge map and the generation of new knowledge of the major components in database. Finally, the paper analyzes the double-base cooperating of database management subsystem and guarantees the ＂full＂ and ＂quasi＂ knowledge of knowledge service.
