以生产单一品种的可重构制系统为研究对象,采用设备维护策略和重构策略确定经济生产批量(EPQ)并建立EPQ整合模型.在维护策略中,采取周期性预防保养策略对生产周期内的故障进行小修处理;在重构策略中,当系统内设备状态发生改变时,通过判断最优作业模式及系统可靠度阈值而进行重构,建立了包含生产准备、库存、重构、可变小修、预防维护和生产等成本的利润函数模型,并基于数值方法和遗传算法对模型进行求解,得出使单位时间利润最大的最佳预防维护周期、系统可靠度阈值及EPQ值.同时,通过仿真分析算例,验证了模型的有效性.
An integrated economical production quantity (EPQ) model of a typical parallel-serial reconfigurable manufacturing system producing a single product was proposed, which is generalized by integrating maintenance and configuration policy with the EPQ model. Periodic preventive maintenance policy with minimal repair at failure is considered, and when the production rates change and system reliability reaches predesigned threshold, configuration action will occur. Based on these policies, a profit model was formulated including set up cost, holding cost, minimal maintenance cost, preventive maintenance cost and production cost. The objective is to maximize profit with appropriate EPQ by obtaining the optimal PM period and system reliability threshold. Finally, a numerical example was given to show that the model is reason able.
