针对部分巷道存在的支护不合理、施工效率低的问题,以赵官煤矿1519区段运输平巷的地质条件为例,分析煤巷围岩维护特点,对巷道进行锚网索支护设计,改善围岩环境,改进施工工艺。结果表明,采用锚网索联合支护的巷道顶底板最大变形量为138 mm,两帮最大移近量为145 mm,有效地控制围岩破碎,保证其稳定性,最大程度地使巷道围岩发挥其承载能力,满足采区接替。
Based on existing problems of unreasonable support and ineffective construction in some roadways, geological conditions of haulage way in 1519 zone of Zhaoguan Mine was taken as an example. Maintenance features of surrounding rock was analyzed and bolt-mesh-anchor support in roadway was designed as well in order to improve environment of surrounding rock and construction technology. The result showed that maximum floor deformation was 138mm, and the biggest displacement of two sides was 145mm, which effectively controlled broken wall rock to guarantee its stability, exert bearing capacity of roadway surrounding rock to its extreme and satisfy replacement in mining area.
