固井质量检测技术主要包括基于声波测井以及基于伽马密度测井的两大类检测技术。声波检测主要利用声波反射、折射信号判别水泥与套管、水泥与地层两界面的胶结质量;伽马密度测井通过探测水泥环密度与实际水泥密度之间的差异进行固井质量评价。俄罗斯生产的MAK-Ⅱ/SGDT联合测井仪器包括MAK-Ⅱ声波测井仪、SGDT伽马密度仪;前者提供两条声能量衰减率曲线,后者测量套管计数率和6条水泥环计数率曲线。从非胶结质量因素、胶结质量因素两方面分析了上述两种仪器的影响,并依据刻度井群实验,建立了相关校正方法,建立了一套基于声、核测井信息的固井质量综合评价流程和标准。
Cement bond detecting techniques mainly includes acoustic logging and gamma density logging evaluation. By means of reflected and transmission acoustic signal, acoustic log can detect the interface between cement and casing tube, the interface between cement and formation. It detects the cement density variation between the actual and the value of calculation to evaluate bond quality by gamma density logging. MAK-Ⅱ/SGDT combination logging tool are made in Russia. The former logging tool can be concluded that the two acoustic energy attenuation rate curves. The latter measures the number of pulses that come from casing pipe and offers six cement count rate curves. The various influencing factors were discussed from two respects non-cementation and cementation, established correction methods. A comprehensive assessment criteria and process has been put forward about acousticand nuclear combined logging.
