针对单一状态评估方法不能全面有效利用750kV电网二次设备多种运行信息的问题,提出了基于信息融合的750kV电网二次设备状态评估方法。利用自检信息,通过模糊综合评价法实现设备的状态评估;利用运行状态信息,通过马尔科夫预测法实现设备的状态评估;利用隐藏故障数据,通过隐藏故障判断实现设备的状态评估。在此基础上,通过DS证据理论将三种评估方法的评估结果进行融合,得出最终的评价结果。仿真结果表明,与单一评估方法相比,基于信息融合的状态评估结果更符合750kV电网二次设备的实际运行状况。
To solve the problem that single state assessment method cannot fully and effectively use the muhiplicate op- erating information of secondary device in 750 kV power grid, the state evaluation based on information fusion is pro- posed. By the use of self checking message, the state evaluation is carried out through the fuzzy comprehensive evalu- ation method. By the use of operation condition message,the state evaluation is carried out through Markov forecasting method. By the use of hidden failures data, the state evaluation is carried out through hidden failures diagnosis. Then, the D-S evidence theory is utilized to fuse the above three assessment results. The final evaluation result is derived to show that compared with the single assessment method, the state evaluation result of secondary device in 750 kV power grid based on information fusion is more approaching to the actual operating conditions.
