This paper discussed the differences and the interrelations of knowledge transfer, knowledgesharing and knowledge transform. The research contents and research scope of three concepts weredistinguished at first, based on which the interrelation among them during the knowledge flowing processwas analyzed. We think that knowledge transfer among virtual community members is a cyclic processwhich includes knowledge sharing and knowledge transform and some other steps.
