Through the method of tissue isolation,two pathogenic bacterial strains PB0102 and PS0202 were isolated from the stem of wilted mulberry plants in Longlin county,Baise city. By pathogenicity test,cultivation trait observation,common physiological and biochemical test,16 S r DNA sequence determination and phylogenetic analysis of the isolated pathogens,PB0102 and PS0202 were identified as Enterobacter cloacae and Enterobacter asburiae,respectively.
