通过构建信息化发展综合评价指标体系,利用1995—2007年数据对湖南省信息化水平进行了测算,并运用修正的C—D生产函数和岭回归分析法实证地研究了湖南省信息化对经济增长的贡献。结果表明：信息化已经成为湖南省经济增长的第三来源,对经济增长的贡献仅次于劳动力和资本要素。
英文摘要：
This paper uses the statistics of Hunan province to calculate its information level from 1995 to 2007 by establishing the indicator system of the development of informationization. It empirical analyses the contribution of informationization to economic growth by using the amended C—D production function and the method of ridge regression and comes to the following conclusion： informationization has become the third source of economic growth in Hunan province, its contribution is only next to the labor and capital factor.
