单柱塞泵开关式阀控系统为自动垂直钻井工具中使用的一种井下纠斜液压装置.通过对这种容积小、流量小且不连续的开关式液控系统压力流量特性的分析,指出了对该系统进行PWM控制的关键是合理确定脉宽调制周期内开关电磁阀的断电时间长度,并推导出与目标压力之间的函数关系;针对该系统提出了一种对电磁阀断电时刻无严格要求的,且输出力连续可调的PWM方法并通过仿真和实验进行了验证.
The on/off valve control nism used in the automatic vertical on/off hydraulic control system, in system with a single piston pump is a downhole anti-deviation hydraulic mechadrilling tool. Through analysing the pressure and flow characteristics of the which the liquid volume is small furthermore the flow is small and discontinuous, we think that the key of PWM control is to reasonably determine the power-off time span of the on/off solenoid valve in a pulse width modulation cycle. In addition, deducing the function relationship between the power-off time span and the objective pressure, a PWM control method, in which the power-off time moment isn' t a strict requirement for the solenoid valve and the output force can be adjusted continuously, is proposed for the system. Simulation and experiment have verified the above conclusions.
