针对生鲜农产品市场需求的时变性、模糊不确定性特点,构建了生鲜农产品"多供应点选择"与"最早分发"为优化目标的模糊决策模型;以江苏常州凌家塘农副产品批发市场生鲜农产品物流配送为案例,检验分析了生鲜农产品配送的多目标模糊决策模型构建的可行性与科学性。结果表明,对于时变及不确定性需求下的生鲜农产品配送问题,模糊多目标决策方法可以科学合理地安排生鲜农产品的物流配送与分发任务,有效解决市场需求信息模糊所致的生鲜农产品无法满足市场的时变需求或盲目过度配送引发的物流成本上升等问题,具有一定的应用价值与实践意义。
This paper builds up a fuzzy multi-objective which is"multi-supply point selection"and"the first distribution of fresh produce"decision-making model against its time-varying and fuzzy uncertainty characteristics. And then,it tests and analyzes its feasibility and scientific with a fresh produce case about logistics distribution of Jiangsu Changzhou Lingjiatang agricultural products wholesale market. Results show that,there is a certain application value and practical significance,that the fuzzy multi-objective decision can make scientific and reasonable arrangements for the distribution of fresh produce and task scheduling for time-varying and fuzzy uncertainty problems about logistics distribution of fresh produce,and it may effectively solve such as fresh produce distributing can not meet market time-varying needs or logistics costs blind rising triggered by excessive distributing and other issues caused by the information vague.
