针对所提出的新型近零排放煤气化燃烧集成利用系统,采用热力学平衡计算软件包FactSage 5.2研究了煤中多种有害元素随气化压力及温度的变化,以及在气化炉中的迁移转化规律.在此基础上,进一步计算得到了随煤气温度的降低,各有害元素在煤气中可能的化学形态及物理相的转化规律.同时,考察了含有污染元素的气化炉固相产物随物料循环进入燃烧炉后,在O2/CO2气氛下的最终热力稳定形态.研究结果将为该近零排放煤利用系统抑制污染物的生成及排放控制提供指导,同时为其他零排放煤利用系统实现污染物的零排放提供参考.
Transition rules of typical pollutant elements in coal under various gasification pressures and temperatures in the gasifier were investigated by means of thermodynamic equilibrium calculation software FactSage 5.2 according to a new near zero emission coal utilization system with combined gasification and combustion. Furthermore, with decreasing of coal gas temperature, the transitions of chemical morphology and physical phase of the pollutant elements which transferred to coal gas were studied. Meanwhile, the final thermodynamic forms of solid compounds containing pollutant elements which transferred to the O2/ CO2 atmosphere of combustor through material circulating process were confirmed. The results provide instructions on restraining pollutant formation and emission controlling for this new near zero emission coal utilization system, and it is helpful for realizing zero emission in other coal utilization systems.
