针对创业管理研究现状与学科发展要求不平衡问题，文章评述了当前创业研究中存在的不足，明确了机会观应该成为主流创业研究理论的原因及其发展趋势。文章首先剖析创业的本质，讨论了创业机会为什么应该是创业研究的切入点，再重点讨论创业机会定义与特征、创业研究概念框架，指出创业研究的发展方向。该研究有助于创业研究者了解创业本质和创业机会，在研究概念框架上形成一定的共识，从而促进国内创业研究的进一步发展.
英文摘要：
Regarding the imbalance between the development of entrepreneurship discipline and its current researches, this paper reviews the reasons why entrepreneurial opportunity-based view should become the prevailing entrepreneurship research theory. It first analyzes the nature of entrepreneurship and the reasons why entrepreneurial opportunity should be the starting point for entrepreneurship research, then presents the definitions and characteristics of entrepreneurial opportunity, and finally clarifies the conceptual boundary and points out the research trend. It argues that this study will facilitate the domestic researchers in understanding the nature of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial opportunity so as to further improve the development of the related studies.
