采用恒速型双毛细管流变仪研究了2种牌号为ELITE5500G,ELITE5100G(以下分别简称牌号A,B)茂金属催化线型低密度聚乙烯(m-LLDPE)的高速挤出流变行为。研究结果表明,牌号A的粘流活化能高于牌号B的;牌号B的人口压力降、熔点以及结晶度大于牌号A的;当达到临界剪切速率时,2种m-LLDPE都出现压力振荡和流动曲线的断裂现象,且牌号A振荡更强;在不同剪切速率下牌号A挤出物表观质量优于牌号B的,并且在高剪切速率下出现第2光滑挤出现象,牌号B没有出现第2光滑区。
The rheological behavior of two kinds of m-LLDPE(grade A,grade B) at high speed extrusion was typically concerned and systematically studied through a double-capillary rheometer working under constant speed. The results suggest that the flow activation energy of grade A is larger than that of grade B. The pressure P2 (right die)/P1 (left die),melting piont and crystallinity of grade B are higher than those of grade A. At the critical shear rate the extrusion pressure oscillation of two kinds of m-LLDPE occurs along with a broken flow curves, and grade A is more obvious. With different shear rates, the apparent quality of grade A is better than that of grade B. The second smooth section occurs in grade A while grade B does not exhibit this interesting phenomenon .
