英文摘要：

Objective： To develop a comprehensive and rapid method for elucidation of the chemical composition and determination of the characteristic chromatographic profiles of a traditional prescription Zhikechuanbeipipa dropping pills, and hence to control its quality. Methods： An UPLC -Q -TOF- MSE method was developed. Thirty- five components were detected from the prescription after ultrasonic extraction at -20 ~C. Results： A Zhikechuanbeipipa dropping pills fingerprint was built based on 24 common peaks in the PDA chromatographic pro- file. The 24 common peaks were selected according to the similarity of ten batches Zhikeehuanbeipipa dropping pills. Conclusion： The characteristic chromatographic profile of Zhikechuanbeipipa dropping pills with high speci- ficity can be used for the quality control of the prescription.
