针对传统地理信息服务系统缺乏准确揭示城市空气污染物时空分布特征能力,无法满足公众及时了解污染信息、协助环境部门制定防控措施的不足,该文设计并初步开发了一种综合GIS技术、Web技术与相关环境、健康风险评估模型的城市空气质量地理信息服务系统。该系统不仅可实现常规空气污染监测数据、人口数据、道路数据、土地利用数据等的可视化、统计分析与制图,也可用于基于上述数据的区域空气污染高空间分辨率模拟制图、人口暴露风险评估和公众出行路线选择。
Traditional geographical information service system generally suffers from the defects in accurately depicting the spatial temporal distribution of air pollution, and cannot provide public prompt pollution information and guide environmental government to shape scientific precaution strategy. This paper thus proposed a scheme of urban air quality geographic information system by combining GIS, Web, related environmental and risk evaluating models. This system not only enabled the data visualizing(e, g. visualization of air pollutant monitoring data, population data, highway and land-use data etc. ), statistic analyzing and mapping, but also could be used in air pollutant high-resolution stimulation, public exposure risk evaluation and route optimization.
