水稻粒型包括粒长、粒宽和长宽比,既通过影响粒重影响水稻产量,又是重要的外观品质,因此阐明其遗传基础十分重要。随着近年来功能基因组学的兴起和分子标记等技术的应用,研究者成功定位和克隆了许多粒型基因。综述了水稻粒型性状之间的相互关系、粒型性状的遗传基础、粒型性状的QTL定位和粒型基因的克隆,为水稻分子育种提高水稻产量和改良品质提供基础。
Rice grain shape,including grain length,grain width and length to width ratio,is a factor in rice production,which affects grain weight,and is an important appearance quality. Therefore,genetic analysis of grain shape is of great significance. With the development of functional genomics and molecular marker in last decades,researchers mapped and cloned many QTLs and genes that controlling grain shape. This paper reviews the relationships among different grain shape traits,the genetic basis and QTL mapping of grain shape traits and cloning of grain shape genes. The study result replies the gene basis of molecular breeding for improving rice yield and quality.
