信息对网络组织认知模式形成的影响越来越大,网络组织认知影响甚至决定组织战略的选择。基于此,文章从信息“公共性”与“专属性”的角度,论证了信息从网络关系到网络结构的价值创造能力,成为网络组织认知和决策的独立要素,根据双主体和多主体竞合收益的数理分析结果,竞争合作的认知模式是最优的,通过零和竞争、兼并收购和互惠共生战略的博弈均衡收益的计算分析,互惠共生战略均衡收益点最高,印证了网络组织的认知模式的选择。
Information is playing an increasingly important role in the cognitive model' s formation of network organization, while the net- work organization cognition will influence even determine strategic choice of organization. Based on this concept, this paper, from the perspective of information' s "publicity" and "specificity", demonstrates its value-creating ability from network relation to network structure, and thus becomes an independent factor in network organization cognition and decision-making. According to the results of mathematical analysis on the return from double subjects or muhiagent concurrence, the competition and cooperation cognitive pattern is the most optimal. Through calculating and analyzing the equilibrium revenue of game from zero-sum competition, mergers and acquisitions and mutualism strategy, the paper finds that the mutualism strategy has the highest revenue, which confirms the choice of the cognitive mode of network organization.
