基于激光诱导击穿光谱技术对苹果中铬进行定量分析。采用1064 nm的调Q纳秒级Nd∶YAG激光器作为光源,用八通道光谱仪进行采集光谱。研究分析了光谱强度与延时时间的关系,并确定1.1μs为最佳延时时间。根据光谱定量分析基本公式,建立了苹果中Cr的定标曲线,线性相关系数R达到0.985,反演后得到的测量含量和实际含量的平均相对误差为10.15%。研究得出激光诱导击穿光谱技术用于检测苹果中铬含量的定标曲线。
Quantitative analysis of chromium in apples by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy is presented.A Q-switched Nd∶ YAG laser was used to be the laser source,and an eight-channel spectrometer was used to collect the spectrum.We analyzed the relationship between the spectral intensity and the delay time and it was found that the best delay time is about 1.1 μs.According to the basic formula of spectral quantitative analysis,we established the calibration curve of chromium in apples,and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.985.The average relative error between the measurement content and the actual content is 10.15%.This study shows that the calibration curve of laser induced breakdown spectroscopy works well in detecting the chromium content in apples.
