构造随机用户平衡交通分配与信号控制组合模型,上层是信号配时优化模型,下层是考虑交叉口延误的随机用户平衡交通分配模型,并对其进行了详细说明,证明了交叉口延误可由模型中的容量约束条件的Lagrange乘子得到。对于模型的求解,提出了上层模型采用模拟退火算法,而下层使用Frank-Wolfe算法的一个实用的启发式算法,并以一个小型路网为例进行了数值仿真计算,计算结果显示算法是有效和可行的。
The combined model of stochastic traffic assignment(SUE) with signal control problem and its solution methods are studied. The upper-level problem is an optimal signal timing model and the lower-level model is formulated as SUE with intersections delay caused by traffic signals. A heuristic method is presented in which the upper-level problem is solved by simulated annealing; and the lower-level model is solved by Frank-Wolfe algorithm. The numerical test shows the algorithm proposed is effective and efficient.
