为了研究正丁醇—柴油混合燃料对柴油机性能的影响,在一台单缸风冷柴油机上进行了正丁醇—柴油混合燃料的试验研究。试验分别选择了6种不同掺混比(B5,B10,B15,B20,B30,B40)的正丁醇—柴油混合燃料进行动力性、排放性和燃油经济性的对比分析。结果显示,三种转速下,B5~B30范围内,随着正丁醇掺混比的增加,缸内平均压力和燃烧放热率峰值逐渐升高,且放热率峰值后移。额定工况(3 600 r/min,100%负荷)下,B40混合燃油缸内平均压力峰值低于纯柴油,柴油机功率下降。随着掺混比的增加,小负荷(10%和25%负荷)时,NO排放略有降低,幅度为3.71%~11.6%。大负荷(75%和100%负荷)时,NO排放随掺混比增加逐渐增多。额定工况时,B40的NO排放相对纯柴油升高14.1%,B30升高11.3%。所有工况下,碳烟排放随掺混比增加都有一定程度降低。大负荷高转速(3 600 r/min)时,碳烟排放降低最为明显。额定工况下,B40的碳烟降低达50.9%,B30降低43%。B0~B30范围内,燃油消耗率相对纯柴油变化不明显,B40时显著上升。从动力性,排放性及燃油经济性三方面综合考虑,B30为最优方案。
In order to study the influence of n-butanol / diesel blended fuel on diesel engine performance,the test of n-butanol / diesel fuel blends is carried out with a single cylinder air-cooled diesel engine. Six kinds of mixed fuels with different mixing ratio are made up for engine test to compare and to analyze engine dynamics,emission behavior and fuel economies. The six mixed fuels are named of B5,B10,B15,B20,B30,B40,respectively. The results show that with the increase of the mixing ratio of n-butanol,the average pressure of cylinder and combustion heat release rate increase gradually,and the peak of the heat release rate move backward in the three kinds of enginespeeds and the range of B5 ~ B30. In rated condition( 3 600 r / min and 100% load),the average cylinder pressure peak of mixed fuel B40 is lower than that of pure diesel,and the power of the diesel engine is decreased. With the increase of mixing ratio,NO emission decreases slightly in the low load( 10% and 25% load) with the amplitude from 3. 71% to 11. 6%. The NO emission increases gradually with the increase of mixing ratio in the heavy load( 75% and 100% load). The NO emissions of B40 and B30 increased about 14. 1% and 11. 3% in the rated condition. The soot emission decreases with the increase of the mixing ratio in all working conditions. The emission of soot is most obvious on the high load and high speed( 3 600 r / min). The soot of B40 at rated condition decreased about 50. 9%. B30 decreased about 43%. In the range of B0 ~ B30,the fuel consumption rate is not obvious compared with diesel,and it is obviously increased of B40 mixed fuel.In the consideration of the dynamics,emissions and fuel economy,B30 is the optimal solution.
