产业演进是产业在发展中结构和内容不断更新及变化的过程，是技术和制度协同演化的结果。通过对创新理论学派的回顾和梳理，在协同演化论的分析框架下阐述了技术创新与制度创新的互动关系，研究了基于技术和制度协同提升的产业演进过程，并以中国水电行业的发展历程为例考察了技术与制度的互动性及其在产业发展中的协同作用。
英文摘要：
Industrial evolution is the process of continuous renewal and change of structure and content in the industrial development, and the co-evolution result of technology and institution. By reviewing innova- tive theories, this paper describes the interaction of technical innovation and the institutional innovation under the co-evolution framework, studies the industrial co-evolution process based on the co-promotion of technology and institution, and inspects the interaction of technology and institution and its collaborative functions by taking the development of China＇s hydropower industry as an example.
