目的:研究白花马鞍藤中主要成分东莨菪亭和橙皮素的相互作用。方法:用巴豆油致小鼠耳肿胀模型研究东莨菪亭与橙皮素的量效关系;用Loewe Additivity模型定量分析东莨菪亭和橙皮素联用对小鼠耳肿胀的抑制作用。结果:东莨菪亭与橙皮素能分别抑制巴豆油所致小鼠耳肿胀,并呈剂量-依赖关系;小剂量东莨菪亭+橙皮素合用指数〈1,大剂量时〉1。结论:东莨菪亭与橙皮素各单用时对炎症有抑制作用,合用时小剂量有协同作用,大剂量有拮抗作用。
Objective:To investigate the interaction of major constituents in Ipomoea Pescaprae(scopoletin and hesperetin). Methods:Dose-effect relationship of scopoletin and hesperetin was studied with croton oil-induced mouse ear edema. Using the model of Loewe Additivity,the inhibition on mouse ear edema by scopoletin and hesperetin in combination was analyzed quantitatively. Results:Scopoletin and hesperetin inhibited croton oil-induced mouse ear edema in a dose-dependent manner respectively. The combination index was less than 1 in low dose and more than 1 in high dose in combination of scopoletin and hesperetin. Conclusion:Scopoletin and hesperetin can inhibit inflammation individually. Combination of scopoletin and hesperetin produces synergistic effect in low dose but antagonistic effect in high dose.
