采用高温沉降炉、结合残焦工业分析与气相色谱仪测试实验分别研究了M,81.2%N2/18.8%CO2(体积分数)、79.4%N2/18.8%CO2/1.8%O2(体积分数)3种气氛下神木烟煤快速裂解特性。研究发现,与煤粉处于堆积态的慢速热解不同,快速热解时纯N:气氛下H:释放量明显高于另外2种气氛;而在较短停留时间0.3S内,CH4,C2H6,C3H8等主要轻质碳氢化合物,以及C1至C6的气态碳氢化合物总释放量均以81.2%N2/18.8%CO2气氛下最高;随停留时间继续延长,纯N2气氛下C1至C6的气态碳氢化合物总释放量开始明显高于另外2种气氛。3种反应气氛下气态碳氢化合物释放量随停留时间延长均未呈现单调上升规律。
The fast pyrolysis characteristics of Shenmu bituminous coal were investigated with a drop furnace combining char analysis and GC experiments Under different reaction atmospheres, i.e. N2, 81.2% N2/18.8% COz (volume fraction), and 79.4% Nz/18.8% COz/1.8% 02. The experimental results show that different from slow pyrolysis of packing pulverized coal, the release amount of H2 is significantly higher than those of the other two atmospheres under pure N2 atmosphere. And within 0.3 s, the release amounts of main light hydrocarbon, such as CH4, C2H6, C3 n8 and total gaseous hydrocarbon C1 -C6 are all the highest under 81.2% Ne/18.8% CO2 atmosphere, but with increasing residence time, total gaseous hydrocarbon C1-C6 under pure N2 atmosphere is significantly higher than that of the other two atmospheres. With increasing residence time, the release amounts of gaseous hydrocarbons under the three atmospheres do not present monotonically-increasing laws.
