为减小南山下隧洞开挖爆破对围岩的破坏和对上部结构的影响,采用浅眼多循环、预裂爆破技术等措施,计算了线装药密度、炮孔数目、炮孔间距、炸药单耗、装药量等参数,并运用严格控制单次起爆药量、间隔装药、反向起爆和微差爆破等措施,有效控制了爆破的地震动强度,质点振动速度没有超过控制标准,实施爆破后隧道开挖轮廓整齐,对围岩扰动较小,确保了施工安全和工程质量,同时减少了超挖量及衬砌工程量,降低了造价。
To reduce the blasting damage of the Nanshanxia tunnel excavation to the surrounding rock and the impact on upper structure, we used the shallow hole blasting and the pre-split blasting techniques, calculated the horizontal charging density,the blasthole number, blasthole spacing, unit consumption of explosive, charge weight and other parameters, took the measures of blasting vibration and ground motion intensity control, interval charging, reverse initiation and millisecond blasting. The particle vibration velocity did not exceed the control standards. After the implementation of the burst, the tunnel excavation profile is tidy and has less disturbance to the surrounding rock. These measures ensure the construction safety and project quality, reduce the amount of ultra-digging and lining as well as the cost.
