针对环氧树脂绝缘型封闭母线温升较高,本文提出利用SiO2对母线结构中导热性较差的环氧树脂进行改性,提高环氧树脂的导热性能。在此基础上分析了填料比例、粒径以及表面粗糙度对复合材料导热性能和电性能的影响。结果表明,5%的纳米SiO2/环氧树脂复合材料具有最优的电性能和导热性能。利用ANSYS软件仿真母线温度场,仿真结果表明,纳米改性环氧树脂绝缘型封闭母线的温升得到降低。
For high temperature rise of epoxy resin insulation enclosed bus, this paper proposes the use of SiO2 on the epoxy resin to improve its thermal conductivity. Based on this, the influence of packing ratio, particle size and surface roughness on the thermal conductivity and electrical properties is analyzed. It is found that 5% nano-SiO2/epoxy composites has the best electrical and thermal conductivity. Finally the feasibility of nano-SiO2/epoxy composites used in enclosed bus was verified by ANSYS software. Simulation results show that temperature of nano-modified epoxy resin insulated enclosed bus is reduced.
