在可变型的模块化产品族基础上,应用模糊数学理论并通过综合衡量客户技术需求与定制产品性能的关联度,构造了相应的线性配置优化数学模型。其次给出了一种基于最小二乘逼近的产品变型配置设计方法。利用模拟退火算法得到了符合客户个性化需求的最优变量配置方案,即产品的性能和成本之间的平衡点。实现了变需求→变结构→变性能的多层次产品设计与进化管理模式,解决了客户定制信息对产品设计结果的适应性处理。最后结合典型机电产品实例和面向定单配置的产品工程设计软件工具。探讨所提出设计方法的适用性。
Product family composed of fimctional module instances is constructed to target various configuration schemes. A linear optimization model to combine comprehensive performances with customer's technical needs is subsequently formulated. Consequently, a method based on the least squares approximation is advanced to support variant design, so that the trade-off between product performance and cost can be achieved. By using a typical case of mini refrigerator, the simulation results and software implementation are thus derived and the method presented here shows its validity in personalization product customization. In addition, the predictability of variant configuration design can also be realized.
