为促进森林文态保护和管理，实现森林文态健康有序发展，构建森林文态评价指标体系势在必行。文章根据森林文态的定义，并从5个方面对其内涵进行了论述。在此基础上，根据指标体系构建原则，选取具有代表性的指标，构建了我国森林文态评价指标体系，并采用层次分析法确定每个指标的权重。最后，根据构建的评价指标体系，对北京市森林文态的发展进行了评价，并与全国的发展水平进行了比较，进而提出森林文态健康发展的具体建议。
英文摘要：
To promote protection and management of cultural ecology of forest, and realize the cultural ecology of forest healthy and orderly development, to build the evaluation index system of forest culture ecology is imperative. This paper discussed the meanings of cultural ecology of forest from five aspects. On this basis, the paper selected rep- resentative indicators and built the evaluation index system of forest culture ecology in China according to the princi- ple of indexing system building. Furthermore, the paper determined the weight of each index using the analytic hier- archy process （AHP）. Finally, according to the evaluation index system built above, the paper evaluated the develop- ment of culture ecology for forest in Beijing and compared with the results evaluated with the national level, and then puts forward the specific proposals to promote the healthy development of the forest culture ecology in Bei- jing.
