受材质、工艺影响，国内挖泥船绞刀齿使用寿命较进口绞刀齿短。根据国内外绞刀齿理化分析结果，确定ZG28和ZG30两种材料，由新研材料的金相分析和性能分析——验证了ZG28的各项性能均能达到国外绞刀齿的要求。实际工程应用中ZG28生产的绞刀齿使用寿命比原型绞刀齿的使用寿命提高了2．3～2．55倍，有利于提高绞吸挖泥船的工作效率。
英文摘要：
Influenced by the foundry technique, the service life of dredge＇s cutter tooth made in China is shorter than that of imported. Analyzed the physical and chemical character of cutter tooth domestic and overseas, material ZG28 and material ZG30 have been confirmed. Analyzing of metallographic character and performance proves that all kinds of per formance of ZG28 can satisfy the requirements of foreign cutter tooth. Further more, in the practical engineering applica tion, the service life of cutter tooth manufactured by ZG28 has increased 2. 3～2. 55 times longer than that of prototypical cutter tooth, which is beneficial to improve the work efficiency of cutter suction dredger.
