为提高机械产品运动功能方案设计效率,提出基于规则的功能方案生成方法.依据机构运动学原理建立功能方案生成规则,包括创成规则和择优规则两类.计算机能够根据创成规则自动生成多个新的备选功能方案,并且保证这些功能方案符合设计需求.为减少备选功能方案的数量,提高设计师的决策效率,计算机依据功能方案的择优规则从多个备选功能方案中选择少数优先度较高的功能方案供设计师参考.上述方法已经在机械产品设计中得到了应用.实际应用结果表明,该方法可以提高设计师生成运动功能方案的效率和获得更具创新性的功能方案.
A rule-based generating method was put forward to improve the efficiency of mechanical kinematic function scheme design.The rules were set up according to the mechanism kinematic principles,and were classified into constructing rule and optimizing rule.Several spare new function schemes meeting design requirements could be created automatically with the constructing rules.And then,in order to reduce the number of spare function schemes,and to improve the decision-making efficiency,better schemes with higher priority were selected from the spare schemes using the optimizing rules.Application to the mechanical product design shows that the method can improve the engineering design efficiency and obtain more creative function scheme.
