为了研究初始压力对C3H8水合物生成过程的影响,在可视化实验装置上,分别研究了不同初始压力下纯水和1950×10^-6十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)体系中C3H8水合物的生成过程.结果表明,纯水体系中,初始压力为0.5,0.54和0.58 MPa时水合物生成过程的诱导时间分别为14.7,12.3和12.1 h,平均生成速率分别为0.0174,0.0217和0.0223 mm/h;1950×10^-6 SDS体系中,初始压力为0.5,0.54和0.58 MPa时水合物生成过程的诱导时间分别为11.5,10.7和10.5 h,平均生成速率分别为0.0222,0.0226和0.022 9 mm/h;加入表面活性剂明显缩短了水合物生成过程的诱导时间;不论纯水体系还是SDS,初始压力越高,C3H8水合物的生成速率越大,诱导时间越短.
In order to study the influence of initial pressure on the formation process of C3H8 hydrate, the formation process of C3H8 has been investigated in visualization installation in the system of pure water and SDS of 1 950×10^-6 under different initial pressure, respectively. The results showed that induction time manifests 14.7, 12.3 and 12.1 h and formation rate reaches 0.017 4, 0.021 7 and 0.022 3 mm/h in pure water, while the induction time manifests 11.5, 10.7 and 10.5 h and its formation rate reaches 0.022 2, 0.022 6 and 0.022 9 mm/h in SDS of 1 950×10^-6, respectively. The surfactant distinctly shortens induction time of hydrate formation process. And formation rate of C3H8 hydrate increases with initial pressure rising, while induction time shortens whether in the system of pure water or sodium dodecyl sulfate.
